Demountable Transformer Kit
A Demountable transformer kit is an idea way to demontrate transformer action. The kit comprises three coils , one is 300 turns,one is 600 turns and one is 1200 turns . These slide onto a laminated steel frame to form several possilbe transformer configuration. By connecting an AC power source to one of the coils and reading the voltage from the other coil transformer action.(either step up or step down) maybe readily demonstrated.
